Terms

Sluggish is made and sold by Bryan Woods ("we"). Our order process is run by Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for orders and handles returns.

Your license

One purchase lets you use Sluggish on all the Macs that you own or use yourself. The license does not expire. All 1.x updates are free. A later major version, if there is one, may cost a discounted upgrade price for owners.

The trial

Your first 10 checks are free, with every feature. After that, Sluggish shows its top line and asks you to buy a license.

What Sluggish does

Sluggish shows likely causes of a slow Mac. It acts only when you click a button. A Quit button sends the same request as Cmd-Q, so apps ask you to save your work. You are responsible for what you choose to quit or close.

No warranty

Sluggish is provided "as is", without a warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from the use of Sluggish. Our total liability is limited to the price that you paid.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes. The terms that applied when you bought Sluggish still cover that purchase.
